Intended purpose/use:
Sol-Care™ Safety Blood Collection Needle is used for short-term infusion of intravenous fluids or blood collection (when used with the Holder with Male Luer Adapter accessory).

Indications for use:
·Sol-Care Safety Blood Collection Needle with end luer cap/ SOL-CARE Safety Winged Infusion Set is a sterile, multiple-sample, single-use winged blood collection needle indicated for short-term infusion of intravenous fluids and venipuncture to obtain blood specimens from patients when used with the Holder and Male Luer Adapter accessory. The device is designed with an integral safety sliding shield that provides a safety feature intended to cover the intravenous (IV) end of the needle after the needle is withdrawn from the patient and aids in the prevention of needle stick injury.

Cautions:
Do not use the device within the Magnetic Resonance (MR) environment.
Single use device.
Re-use or use if the package is damaged may lead to infection or other illness/ injury.
Sharps object. Risk of sharps injuries.
